Any delivery date or lead time provided by SKMEK is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery may depend upon manufacturer production schedules, material availability, shipping schedules, customs clearance, logistics providers and other circumstances outside SKMEK's direct control. SKMEK will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery requirements but does not guarantee estimated delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing. Specific delivery obligations and responsibilities will be governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, Incoterms® rule or other contractual terms agreed between the parties.

11. Inspection and Acceptance

Customers should inspect products promptly following receipt and notify SKMEK within the period specified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract if there is any apparent shortage, damage, incorrect product or other discrepancy.

Where no specific notification period has been agreed, customers should notify SKMEK within a reasonable period after discovering the issue. Claims relating to shipping damage may also be subject to the requirements of the relevant carrier, insurer or logistics provider.

12. Warranties

Products supplied by SKMEK may be covered by warranties provided by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

The applicable warranty, if any, will depend on the product and will be communicated through the relevant quotation, product documentation, order confirmation or manufacturer's warranty terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SKMEK does not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Warranty coverage may be affected by improper installation, misuse, overloading, unauthorised modification, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, operation outside specified conditions or failure to follow applicable instructions.

Customised, made-to-order, specially imported or non-standard products may be non-returnable and non-cancellable once an order has been confirmed.
